Program Description

This is the heart of what we do at BLK LBL Fitness Club. In a group setting, a coach guides you through the full session with a proven process built on constantly varied functional training that improves your life outside the gym.


Every workout scales to your ability, so a brand-new member and a seasoned athlete can train side by side. The only thing that changes is how far you push it, whether your goal is general health, better conditioning, or competition.
